    Default Sooo Frustrated!!!

The kids lost DD's DsLite a few weeks ago. We can't find it anywhere. We have turned this house upside down. Yesterday, we went nuts and just kept going, looking for it. By the end of the day, we had 4 bags of trash and broken toys, but no DS. They don't really bring it anywhere, so it has to be in the house somewhere, but where??? It's making me nuts!

Did you dig really deep into the couch and any chairs? It's amazing how deep the edges go on the sides & back and I've found many lost things there. Bed frames catch alot too. Sorry, I've been there & it does drive you nuts. Good luck!

Thanks, Darlene! We've pulled these couches and beds apart. I know it'll turn up a year from now. I think the thing that makes me the most upset is that DD saved up her money and bought it herself, last year. Pretty sure it's one of her brothers who lost it.

You'll find it after you have forgotten it and are looking for something else.

My son lost his DS for months. We eventually found it wedged between his bed and the wall.

We've found them in coat pockets, under the seats in the van, stuck in the pull-out bed part of the couch, in pillow cases, and sitting in plain sight lol.

    Hope you find it soon!

Did you check the vehicles? Even though he doesn't take it many places maybe it was in a coat pocket and fell in there. Otherwise I would check between the bed and the wall too. many of DS's things turned up there. Good luck!

We had a cordless phone missing one time, and we found it when we gave the couch away it was right down in the bottom of the couch.

I hope you can find it soon for your DD, I know how special it is when they save their own money for it, both my kids did the same, and its hard when they learn to save for it and then it gets misplaced.

How frustrating - how is DD taking it? I can feel the intense energy you are expending just looking for it - good luck and please let us know when it is found!!

Did you check inside your furniture? sometime things fall into our furniture and you can only tell they're there by either tiling it and listening for it to slide around or by actually reaching into it. I pulled out the material inside the sofa underneath the cushions to get in there and find something. You can't tell by looking at it because it's concealed by the cushions. I only knew the thing was in there because it was down inside the couch on the back and I could see the impression is was leaving through the fabric.
