When Oreo is in bed and if I am not in the room watching the TV; I will turn it down some as my 'little white boy's' kennel is right beside the TV. (they go to bed at 7..........by THEIR choice!)

They get very little human food...a teeny tiny tidbit sometimes but I think they can hear me unscrew the peanut butter lid!! They are right there.........and usually get some.

my 3 pups are terribly spoiled. they do get to try whatever we are eating for the most part. they love cheese. i never lowered the tv for them. actually with my mother here the tv is rather loud as she can't hear..........drives me insane......but that is another story.

I have Pandora radio on all day when I'm home and I just leave it on when I'm gone so the dog is used to background music all the time. If I shut the music off, she's too overly aware of any little noise outside and barks more.

I'm convinced that my dog loves The Smiths as much as I do.

And, yes, she gets a tiny taste of certain things I'm eating like yogurt and lemon curd.

My senior lady cat only has a few days left so she is getting anything she wants - canned food, whatever.

DH did look up and the boy kitten was drinking out of my straw. We are still laughing about that one. I had no idea he knew what to do.

Well, we don't give our dogs "people" food intentionally very much, but sometimes one of the kids will walk away from something they're eating (like leaving it on the coffee table) and one of the dogs will pull a magic trick and make it disappear! The kids always get so mad about it, but I've told them...what can you expect a dog to do? Let's see...stare at the bean burrito or...eat the bean burrito...hm...what shall I do?

I put a boom box on the floor outside of the bathroom when I'm drying my hair and if one of the dogs comes to sit at my feet, I'll turn the volume down. They don't usually stay there long and it's not fair to make them deaf just 'cause I like my music loud!

Sometimes I will plug in my little electric heater that I keep in the bathroom and put the dogs in front of it if they're cold. I will get up off of my butt to get them a blanket too. They always get a hug when I come home whether I feel like it or not 'cause they always greet me with their tails wagging like they're so glad I'm home. I usually bring a treat home for them when I grocery shop because the male mini Doxie will search the bags just like a child looking for a toy, hoping that I bought him something. I'd hate to disappoint him...lol!

I dont turn down the noise level for the dog and cat but I do leave the TV on when I leave the house to keep them company.
Molly gets to taste many of the foods we eat daily. she loves carrots, green beans and other veggies.
She has more toys that some children I know of, thinks the couch is her personal domain, lays on hubbys lap to sleep at night and generally gets her own way! spoiled??? Yeah probably
