My funny boys
My oldest boy's Sunday School teacher gave the kids $5 and told them to go and "bless" someone that they don't know very well.
He ended up picking out next door neighbor who has two little kids. He decided we would go to the store and pick up cookies for them (storebought because they would have the ingredient list in case one of the kids had allergies) and put them in a gift bag and take it over. Once again, he spent time thinking over which flavor of cookie to get trying to pick the least allergenic in his mind. He then took his 2 brothers and walked over there to give it to them.
He was all excited and had a blast doing it. I was impressed at the brain energy he put into exactly which flavor of cookie to pick.

too sweet !! does someone you know have food allergies ? i am impressed he thought of that because even many adults dont think of that at this time of year

Four of us deal with food allergies as do most of their friends (it is a circus trying to feed everyone at a birthday party). It was so sweet listening to him "now, I know more kids with X allergy so maybe this cookie wouldn't be the best choice".
