Default Long time lurker coming out to introduce myself

    Hi,

Just thought that in the spirit of the New Year and in keeping with my resolutions to myself, it was time to stop being such a lurker and start participating more.

I've been reading FV for a long time now and enjoy it immensely.

In a nutshell, I'm a SAHM of five kidlets and spend most of my time spinning my wheels trying to make things run smoother, more economically, quieter and faster around my house. So far, success is divided but I keep trying and reading and planning and striving!

We live in Ontario around the GTA, but not in Toronto proper (been there, done that!) and really enjoy the space and pace of smaller town living.

This year I have a bunch of things I want to accomplish and new skills I want to learn - especially after reading about all of the neat things people in this forum accomplish!

Enough about me for now - I look forward to posting with all of you in the coming year
