I still have my class ring. It cost me around $100. We bought all 4 of our childrens class rings from the school their sophmore year in high school. It was there main christmas present that year. I put a deposit down and sent in payments to have it paid off by pick up day. They did get more expensive for each kid.

I got a class ring my junior year. My parents were in the middle of a bankruptcy, so I paid for it by myself. $264. Used money that I got from babysitting and my paid job. My senior year, I gave it to my boyfriend and he wore it on a necklace until the necklace broke and the ring was lost. I wish we could have found it, but I replaced it with a ring that my grandmother wore, which means more than what the class ring did.

I had a fried that got hers through Jostens. It was a nightmare for her parents. Fist they got the size wrong the warantee wouldn't cover it if it was resized by a local place so she had to send it in. They resized it then too small and it had to be sent back...during that thime Jostens lost it and it ended up that they'd replace HALF the value...it was an awful experience for her parents. So if decided if i ever got one it would be from Walmart for my kiddos.

I have three boys, and none of them have wanted one. I have one-I believe I had to pay half.
