    Default Our Fridge is Dead

Absolutely no way to fix it -its dead Soooo....we had to buy a new one - no escaping it - gggrrr. We found one that uses only $41 a yr electricity and was on sale - saved $30. I'm thankful that we have an EF...but I really hated having to get into it b/c I dread having to build it up again....it takes a long time to rebuild But I'm looking on the bright side - we didn't have to go into debt

Well that's what an EF is for isn't it?
Glad you had one, but I know how disappointing it is to see it gone.

Ours has been making a funny noise for 2 years...I'm guessing we'll need a new one this year...frankly I'm surprised it's lasted this long (and thankful!).

So sorry your fridge died...but happy for you not having to take on debt! Way to use the EF!

Like others have said, it's a bummer to have to use the ER fund but that is what it is for. I guess we could have ER Funds for our ER Funds. Then maybe it would be so bad.
