How old is your winter coat?
This is my 6th year for wearing it. When I purchased it, I made sure it would be stylish for years, got a good quality one and one that I would enjoy wearing. I wash it a couple times a year and its as good as new.

I wear a leather bomber jacket that I have had since 1986. The lining is getting pretty frayed but it still looks good. Isn't as big as it once was. It must have shrunk.

Mine is a few weeks old

A wool (grey) peacoat, it was 39.99 at target, and it's the nicest coat I think i've ever owned
I actually never had a winter coat until I met my dh and he bought me one..and that was only about 3 1/2 years ago...of course only later did i realize that it didn't do much good keeping me warm

I got mine last year. It was my mom's. When she knew she wouldn't be seeing the spring she told all us girls to take what we could use of hers. I love having it now.

I just retired my coat I had for 10 yrs. It was falling apart. I bought myself a Land's End squall that will hopefully last as long.
