Our Dutch news was full of the high oil price (above $100 again) and the possibility that it could rise even further mostly because of the unrest in Egypt and the possibility that the tankers coming from the Middle East oil fields would maybe not be able to use the Suez Canal.
Large rises in the price of gasoline and oil based products are predicted.
Yeah watching the news was great fun this morning.
We are in South Texas about a 2hr drive from the border of Mexico. Its 29 degrees right now w/ windchills in the teens & they're saying we'll have snow tomorrow & Friday. Last time it snowed was on Christmas Eve 2004.....this is extremely rare for us. If it does snow, we're declaring a school holiday I understand what the north of us are going through - we used to live in Wisconsin....everyone stay safe.
To look outside right now you'd never know that there had been a storm except for the snow. We didn't get what they were calling for at our house ( I live in Pa) but areas within 20 miles of us did and more on the way for Saturday. Hopefully not as bad
