When I get sick I drink lots of tea - makes me feel somewhat better.
I used to drink earl grey with a little sugar and milk but now I have found celestial seasonings herbal tea with (among other things) chamomile and mint.
It is d e l i c i o u s!!!
My BP is 92/70 but weightwise, I'm obese (it's called Metabollically healthy or something like that).
Everytime I go to the dr's the nurses sort of look me up and down and then decide to take my BP again. They can't seem to fathom someone my size (working on it, btw) can have such a low BP.
Since you're a nurse, I'll share the worst thing I ever saw on a soap (probably from the early 80's) Guy had been shot, and he's laying on the operating table while some dramatic dialogue happens. There's an old-school GLASS IV bottle with what is supposed to be blood in it, and if you follow the tubing very....carefully..... it is going into his nose!!!
back from dr freaked out the nurse because my HR was faint and 124- i told her i took pseudephedrine as a last ditch effort to breath and i am sensative to it . plus a bit dehydrated .
got a rx for a zpack - worse is when i have an infection my fibro is really bad. so i feel like i am being burned by hot irons all over my skin and my joints ache horribly
started my ZPack hopefully in 24 hours will feel alot better !!
OMG - I cannot believe all these low BP!! If I weren't so darned tired, I might even think about exercising some right now!!
