Default lysine for cold sores really works

A month ago I had a cold sore and someone told me to take lysine which I did. It really did help to heal my lips. Just recently I had some bumps on my lip and took lysine. Next day they were gone.

So if you ever want to get rid of them especially when you first notice one take lysine.

Don't forget to look up any side effects or check with a doctor just to be safe.

But it really does work!!! Have been plagued with them since a child.

I've used lysine often for my cold sores. It works best when you first feel that tingle coming on.
