    Default Update-DD's Dilemma w/Her Boss

Please pray for the courageous co-worker who reorted my dd's boss for physical abuse.....the boss fired my dd's co-worker/friend. The story behind all of this is in another post 'DD Filing Charges Against Her Boss". I feel badly for this girl - she did the right thing & she lost her job. She's already talking to a lawyer about wrongful termination......the boss accused her of stealing -total lie & absolutely no proof. The boss & her husband, like a bunch of thugs, were waiting at the mall entrance....when the girl arrived for work, they said that she didn't have a job anymore. The position was filled immediately....gggrr.This was done in pure retaliation for reporting the boss. Dd is still working, although the boss doesn't talk to her.....if she wants dd to do something, she tells another worker to tell her -very immature. This woman is sick.

This is just the way life is anymore...I know exactly how that girl feel's...I think our world just needs to be wiped out and started over again..I know that sound's extreme but just look at how our world lives now compare to just 50 yrs ago..When you do the right thing like in this girl's situation it came back and bit her in the butt..I'm so sick of corrupt people that I could throwup..

Did your daughter or co worker happen to talk to the Regional Manager, corporate, or human resources ? Or is this a small operation? Hopefully this can all be resolved if more professional people at the company get involved. Once again tell your daughter and co worker to keep records of events, witnesses and everything in writing.

Praying for resolution in a good and positive way. Blessings to all concerned. Keep us updated. Hugs to you for the stress it is putting on you.

Good luck in whatever your dd decides to do........

It can take a long time for a wrongful termination to come to
    court..........don't expect any quick action.

Is your dd looking for another job?

Isn't wrongful termination just mean that the girl would resume her old position? Why would she want to go back to work facing the same woman who terminated her to begin with? Another thing is from what I understand employers do not have to give a reason for terminating someone..Is this girl just trying to clear her name of being called a theif ?

Oh, that poor girl. I hope her lawyer takes bossy to the cleaners.

The co-worker has right and might behind her in her lawsuit. It may take a while but she will get satisfaction. Being brave and doing the right thing isn't easy or everyone would be doing it all the time.
    I say Bravo! to her.

Consider it done. We need more responsible people in the world like her. Keep us posted please.

This is a small company ran by the boss & her dh. The girls are keeping record of everything & the co worker is talking to a lawyer....everything has been reported to the mall security & the detective that is handling the case.
