    Default I'm doing an essay contest for HR students

    Hey FV'ers! Good news!

    I'm in the HR field, a student, and a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). Well, I got this email the other day from SHRM about an essay contest for students and the GRAND prize is $20K in CASH!! I am SO excited and when I win (notice I say "when"), I want to pay some bills down, get some new work clothes, and take a small weekend getaway!!! Whoo hoo!

    The essay isn't due until June of 2011, so when I'm on spring break in a couple of weeks, I will work on the frist draft. DH is an English major, so he is going to read and critique my paper so I can submit the best essay of them all!

    Wish me luck! We could REALLY, REALLY, REALLY use the money!!!
