Man gives daughter $10,000. Bank says fraud...
But they cash in the check.
How can a check be fraudulent and valid at the same time.
Talk about stupidity from a business. One bank I will not give any money to is that bank!

The man wrote the check out to cash on a check from his bank but wrote it at a branch of her bank.
Writing checks out to cash is not the safest way to go.
It probably confused more than a few people.

The bank claimed it had been holding the money in a separate account all this time, which was news to Hinrich."
They took the money out almost a year ago & it took this long to make things right?!

Wells Fargo...close/neck to neck with Bank of Hell...They're still trying to collect after the bankruptcy
Bank of America is THE godfather of Hell with Wells Fargo running neck and neck. When the world ends the only things that will be left are cockroaches, Walmart, Wells Fargo and Bank of America. Not necessarily in that order. The order remains to be seen.
