A Lesson Learned?
Could we learn a lesson from the Japanese? There has not been the general price gouging, and looting/crime we see following tragedies of this magnitude. One could say there is not much to loot, true, but crime in general has not been a problem.
The people of Japan have been through an unimaginable tragedy. Many of us have seen the pictures/video of the tsunami and its aftermath.
The Japanese have always been very strong, hard working, resilient people. I believe they will recover from this and be an even stronger nation.Carrie, ravenmaniac - I love my Ravens!!!!

i believe they will overcome this situation as well. I am so impressed with the mentality of their society. People aren't looting, people are helping others. I'm not trying to sound negative, but I really would hate to see how our society would react in a situation such as this.
