    Default Happy to be back!!

I've been gone from Frugal Village for a while. Had A LOT of life changes occur in the past few years. My Mom, daughter and 2 grandsons had moved in with me. Daughter and sons moved out (whew!). Mom got cancer. Daughter got pregnant with 3rd child (a baby girl born 8 months ago). And I retired after 35 years with the same employer. I ended up retiring a year earlier than I planned so I could help Mom during her cancer treatment/recovery. My job (sitting for many LONG hours in a courtroom without a break or lunch) was starting to affect my general health (which is now MUCH better) and I wanted to babysit the grandkids while my daughter worked to help her out financially. During all of THAT. . .I bought a condo in a neighboring city and moved my household last month. I've been a busy girl.

Now that I am retired (and hoping not to work part-time for a while - I need a long break), it's even MORE important for me to enhance my frugal ways. This is the go-to place for that! And I am so happy to be back!

Welcome back, I was wondering where you were. I recognize you from your cool name and your neato avatar.

Welcome back from another Central Floridian!
Bank of America is THE godfather of Hell with Wells Fargo running neck and neck. When the world ends the only things that will be left are cockroaches, Walmart, Wells Fargo and Bank of America. Not necessarily in that order. The order remains to be seen.

I've recently returned also, and I remember you, that is one cool avatar! I changed my avatar, so I guess no one remembers me But that is okay, because I'm ready for a whole new life anyway!

I've had a lot of changes in my life too...... moved to another (better) town, adult kids moved back home, and my job was eliminated after 25 years. We have lots in common -- we can commiserate LOL!!

Glad to see you're back, and doing well!

Awww. . .I remember you. I remember your name. Thanks about the avatar. That old lady in the avatar looks like she got dropped on her head, doesn't she?? lol. Wow!!!! Sounds like parallel lives there except that I retired. But who knows?? If I'd have stayed, they probably would have laid me off due to budget crunches. Glad to see you again too!!!
