Are you talking about Aldi? I think most of their stuff is their own label so it wouldn't do you any good if they did.

You should check it out. They have a lot of great deals.

Those oreo cakesters are basically just a type of cookie called whoopie pies. Here's the recipe.

    Cookie Ingredients:
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    1/4 cup shortening
    1/2 cup cocoa
    1 egg
    1/2 teaspoon cream of tarter
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 cups flour
    3/4 cup sour milk*
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    Filling Ingredients:
    1/2 cup milk
    2 1/2 teaspoons flour
    1/2 cup shortening
    1/2 cup sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 teaspoon vanilla

To make the cookie: Cream the sugar and the shortening. Add the cocoa and the egg, mix well. Sift the dry ingredients. Add alternately with the milk to the sugar/shortening mixture. Add the vanilla and mix well. Drop by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheets. Bake 12 minutes at 375 degrees.

To make filling: Cook the milk and flour until thick. Chill until cool, then beat well with automatic beater. Add the remaining filling ingredients and mix well.

Pair off cookies by size; add filling to make sandwiches. Because they tend to be gooey, preserve them by wrapping individually in plastic wrap.

*Make sour milk by adding 1 tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice to 1 cup milk, then let milk stand 10 minutes.
