Garden Tractor Saved

We have had the same machine for 8 years,bought new.It started really acting up last year and we thought time for a new one,thinking ours had so many problems,not worth getting fixed.
As I work at a private golf course,I talked to our mechanic last fall,and he said bring it up to the shop and leave it for the winter and I will get it all tip top again for you.
Well ends up that other than a lot of small things,mainly adjustments,and a new battery,he tells me it is all ready to go.He also said this machine is in good shape and 8 years is not old for these.He does not want anything for fixing it as he said it gave him something to do in his down time,just have to pay for the new battery.
This sure saves alot of money,and I will make him take something for his time.
With the weather being so crappy,this sure brightens my day.

I would think he would be happy to receive whatever you garden produces!!! Really wonderful he spent the time fixing your tractor!
