There's a storm coming. . .

As if last week's storm wasn't scary enough, we have another one on it's way towards Florida. It will be here in a few hours. I can see it creeping it's way closer on the weather reports. I hope that we don't have the damaging winds like the other one. Last week, it damaged 69 planes at the Sun n Fun Festival. Mom has a doctor appt at noon. I'm going to make her cancel it if the storm hasn't passed by then. She can barely walk and walks VERY slow. She'd be blown over if she had to walk in it. Plus I will have my 5 yo grandson with us and I don't need him to blow away!!

Last week was scary. I pray that this one passes by without any damage. Good call staying home. I have to take my son to his last science class of the year right when it's supposed to hit.

We're in florida too and the storm is about through our county. We have at least 2 trees down (that I can see). Trash cans, lawn furniture everywhere.

So far we have fared well. Lots of rain and a bit of wind, but nothing at all like last week. We still have another band of storms that will be coming through so I will knock on wood. We have no tornado watch for my county but I have seen that other counties are under a watch. Stay safe!!
