    Default Just..."Dang"....

    I went in for my pre op tests. I had to have a chest xray ...just in case I have cancer to make sure that it hasn't spread. Good news is that my lungs are extremely clear...(even though I had smoked for about 4 years (15-19yrs old)and nothing abnormal was found...bad news is....I have scoliosis in my upper back & I didn't know I even had it.(never had a chest xray in my life...so I never knew it was there)
    I talked to my mom today & she tells me that she's having more problems w/her thyroid & scheduled for an ultrasound. She has nodules too, but now its believed that they are causing her pain & hoasrness.
    All I can say is....DANG.

    I found out last year (at 51) that I have scoliosis....also found with an Xray. I had no idea, but it explains a lot....
