Default I'm using my Welbilt bread machine for the first time!

Boy, is it exciting! I'm making pizza dough. It was deceptively easy to put together, now the proof is in the tasting.

I'd going to put it in the fridge until Friday and bake it then.

    Wish me luck!

Next up will be french bread .

I love mine too. I got mine at Good Will for $7.50. That makes me love it even more. Did notice the last time I was in GW there weren't any there. Wonder if everybody's getting the frugal living message?

I made Pumpkin bread in my Oster yesterday.

Pumpkin bread where have you been all my life? I love you! LOL.

Got the recipe off Betty Crocker when I went to get my coupons.

I will tell you this. I changed it from the basic setting at 3 hrs to sweet bread setting to cook at half the time. It has no yeast so there isn't any reason for all the stir, rise, rest and punching!

I have to tell you that I didn't like the squareness of it, I baked it in the machine. Next time it will be in the oven. The pizza dough is wonderful, I found an excellent recipe and make it often.

The first two times I used the dough recipe in the owner's manual, it was great. The last two times it had developed a skin on it which made it hard to shape it in the pizza pan.

Now I have a wonderful recipe and the dough is soft and perfect.
