I hope it ends soon. I've just seen on the news about flooding in your area.

We had 100-mph winds in our area this morning and the governor has declared a state of emergency. We've had two fatalities that I know of this morning. Now we're under "extreme risk of tornadoes" according to the weather man.

I only live about 3 miles from the mississippi but it is all up hill and if it floods at my house start building an ark...I was watching the weather channel last night and I was so scared for those that lived in the high risk area, it was scary enough here. I'll keep you in my prayers....keep safe....

It's snowing here, but considering the problems elsewhere, I don't have a word of complaint.

I hope you all stay safe. It's been a week of wild weather in so many areas.

SD, snow -- wow! Just heard reports of debris falling in the county next to us and have been watching a tornado on live TV. I hope everyone stays safe.

I'd rather have snow! Even this late in the year.

Stay safe, everyone, and keep the weather channel tuned in.

I'm in TN and we are getting pounded. Right now I'm worried sick because my son is trying to get home from the college. Its an hour drive on a good day and the roads are covered with water. Some closed. Going to be a long night. I've had a friend in another TN county that her home and her dads were hit by a tornado. Thankfully they are safe.

Isnt the sun wonderful? I live in Southeast Missouri too and havent seen the sun in oooooooo so long. I am also high and dry for the time being but I really hope they know what they are doing if they decide to blow the levee (the river hasnt crested yet, still rising)
