Default been gone awhile....lost my husband

For those of you that know or remember me...my husband and I were together 12 years..married 7yrs this coming Monday. He was a stay at home dad for the past 3 years...
He had been having left sided "back pain" and I had brought him to the ER 3 times in 8 days...
I rushed him to the ER Friday 4-15 and he was intubated and sedated...He had multilobular pneumonia and was in Septic Shock...quickly he went into multiorgan failure and passed away 4-18 in ICU...
He was 37 years old, we have a 6 yr old son and on 4-21 I found out I was pregnant with our 2nd child that we have been trying to concieve for 2 years and gave up a few months ago...
I am devastated, lonely, lost, angry over his loss...I feel as though this pregnancy is a gift from God and my husband but sad that he isnt around to enjoy the journey...He was a great father....

I saw an attorney today for the misdiagnosis of pneumonia...I will hear in 1-2 weeks if the firm feels they can win my case...The attorney felt hopeful...
I dont care about the money but more the principal....
I am a 34 year old widow..our son has lost his best friend and the baby will never feel the warmth of his/her fathers arms...

    I am lost.......

I am so very sorry for your loss - such a tragedy at such a young age!

Do you mind if I ask - did you have life insurance in place on DH? From a financial perspective - will you be OK during this change?
If you could kick in the pants the person responsible for your problems, you wouldn't be able to sit for a month.

Did you know that a 4 year student paying $20,000/year who finances their education graduates with over $103,000 in debt to start? But a student who works and pays cash and takes 6 years to graduate ends with $6,300 in their pocket! So much for "getting a head start by financing!"

I am so incredibly sorry for your loss. *hugs*

I know that a law suit won't help heal your heart, but at least it will help pay the bills during this time so that you can be home with your son and taking care of the baby to be.
