Walmart !!!!!!!!!
I love clipping coupons.I dont go to the store with a ton at a time,maybe 5 ,6 at a time.Everytime I go into Walmart I am made to feel as though it is wrong to coupon.
I am asked all the time ''where did u get that coupon?
Today I went and only had two coupons.I placed the coupon with the items so she could see I had them.She starts looking at the coupon and says well you know the item should be with the coupon,I politley said well they are can you not see that? No, Oh Im sorry or anything.Then she prceeds to tell me I put my items on the conveyor belt wrong and I am going to jam it up.I am always careful not to crowd things so my bread gets mushed or my milk bags get torn.Then shes throwing my bags on the side and some had jars.One bag I went to look into to see if the jar was broken
I was so pissed off when I left.Had it not been so late in the day and everyone was tired I would have gone to manager and complained
This woman had a 15 yr button and I think shes been there 15 yrs and a couple days too long arggggg
I shop in your store its not too much to ask that I be treated like a paying customer with a smile

I don't think it's going to get any better unfortunately. The workforce at large is stretched thin and seriously underpaid considering the cost of living. There is no incentive to be courteous. Crap job = treating customers crappy.

I would've went to the manager and the more the kids were crying the better. Let him/her listen to them. I would then proceed to tell him I want his/her full name cause first I'm calling the Regional Manager and please give me his/her name and phone number and I also want this store number.
And if no one wants to listen on that level I will be calling corporate about him/her, the store and regional. Oh yeah, and get the cashiers name also...including last nameBank of America is THE godfather of Hell with Wells Fargo running neck and neck. When the world ends the only things that will be left are cockroaches, Walmart, Wells Fargo and Bank of America. Not necessarily in that order. The order remains to be seen.

I agree with Niko...there is no reason she should be allowed to serve customers with such a bad attitude.... Everyone should treat their job like I have to....treat your clients right or be fired after they leave (meaning I'll never see them for a return appt. if my service is inappropriate)... maybe that's why my loss rate is less than 1%....

Absolutely! I completely agree. Unfortunately it just does not always work that way. My son is a manager for a national drug store. They has a no fire policy because of law suits, they will move you to another store, but not fire you. The only way you can get fired is if you are caught on tape stealing!

Let management know both ways - for great and rotten service. I was at a local store of the Ben Franklin chain on Thursday and had the most awesome experience with the cashier - really had a jaw dropping time - she was young, friendly and helpful!! Had to tell the store manager!! Let me tell you, it's the way it used to and should be!!

They aren't allowed to give the cashiers name due to safety issues. Store number and managers name are on the receipt along with the cahiers id number. Calling corprate will get you a giftcard not much else will happen unless they're looking for a reason to fire her and if she whines enough they'll reinstate her with in a week.

Ben Franklin store we us't have them here many many years ago wish we still had them.I agree if they are courtes and helpful i think the boss should know but if rude and dispectial they should know that and here they can be fired less then 2 years ago i lived by young woman and she told me she was fired for smarting off to a woman she thought she had reason but said her boss said the customer was alway right.I would have called the manager they can tell by no on the recipe who it was.

And the reason for asking for the store number is to let the manager know you're serious. The people wear name tags. Susy at register 10 at 2pm on Sat April 30th...and of course the ID. I used to run the midnight computers ... I know how it works.
