    Default Im hoping!!!

    We have found a small cordwood home with solar and wind turbines sitting on 40 acres and we are talking to the owner about buying it. If we can come to terms we can both agree on I AM MOVING!!! I said my last move that I was never moving again but this place is absolutely beautiful. And a big plus is, if we get this place I will be able to quit this dreadful job that I despise so much b/c our bills will go down considerably.

    Yay! That's so awesome- when DH retires from the military, that's the type of place we want to settle down to

    Well thank you all for the hopes and well wishes but it is not looking so good anymore. At first the man was going to finance it himself which, right now, is the only way we can do it because we have never had any established credit so noone will loan to us. They all tell us to go get credit cards but I dont want them. Anyway, he is thinking he needs cash now so I guess we are out. Oh well, I guess when the time and place is right we will find our destiny. Again thanks for the well wishes.
