Dutchie........for a minute there I thought you had moved to MY TOWN!!!

Same here........and we just had one get hit and get pretty busted up when he collided with an SUV.........and HE GOT THE TICKET!
We have a helmet law and many are too 'above it' to wear one.
I have always said.......the car people might as well LEAVE THE TURN SIGNALS OFF the cars they sell here..............no one uses them!!! ......wish the cops had TIME to enforce
that law!!!
I was just glad to hear that their are nut cases all around.......thought it was only my town.

I think some of this comes from the fact that driving is still the same as it has always been. Everything else has sped up, especially with the technology we have, but time and distance is still the same. The only thing that can change is how fast you drive. It seems strange that I can surf the net in a fraction of the time I used to, but it still takes me the same 20 minutes to get to work.

Definately hear you. Today I almost got ran over while in a crosswalk that I had the right of way in. The driver didn't even slow down missing me by only a few feet. Really is nerve racking when you have to constantly be careful about on coming traffic when you have the right of way in the crosswalk.
