introducing myself...
How did you hear about frugal village?
I don't even remember! I've lurked for awhile but finally decided to start posting.
What interests you here?
saving $, finding people with common interests, hoping to find some inspiration and practical application tips on being frugal.
What will you contribute? Well, I am happy to share any ideas or advice i have, but I plan to leech off of all the accumulated wisdom of this forum. Like many other people in this economy, dh and i are under more financial pressure as grocery and gas prices rise. my mom says i have champagne tastes on a beer budget.... and it's too true!
Do you know any other members here? no
How many kids? Ages? DD 5, DS 3
Tell us about yourself.
I'm a USA army veteran expat in Canada. hmmm don't know what else to say here! am I that boring? I've traveled a lot, lived in europe for 2 years, went back to usa, then moved to canada to marry... then had two kids. I love my cats, and i love clean sheet day because freshly laundered sheets are awesome.
Do you own any pets?
2 cats
Occupation? SAHM
Married or single? Married
Interests and hobbies? Hmmm everything! let's see... camping, cooking, sewing, decorating, swimming, biking, hiking. I guess losing weight, or pretending to lose weight, would be my hobby as well

Aloha and welcome from Hawaii!!
Travel light. The baggage of the past can only hold you back.
