~My 6.5 year old is into all her plush toys. She's not into baby dolls or the pretty princess stuff. But she'll play all day with her stuffed Yoshies and various animals. She takes her friends everywhere, even the bathroom!
She's finally got interested last year in dressing them up. My mom got her some teddy bear outfits(firefighter, bride, golfer, things like that)that work well on the 8-11 inch plush toys she plays with. That and she knows how to cut and sew so she's been helping me make clothes too. ~

My girl loves to sew too. She makes tons of clothes for her toys.

She gets so very excited when he brother blows the knees in this pants as it is good for a quick easy skirt. Especially, the ones with elastic at the ankle. One quick hem and you have got a new skirt.

One day she turned her outgrown lands end one piece dress into a night gown, a skirt with ruffle, and a sling type backpack for her dolls. Love creativity like that. Definitely worth encouraging.

She is learning how to fit stuff to her dolls without a pattern. just some outgrown clothes and idea.
