    Default galaxy tablet ??

my work has provided us all with galaxy tablets via t-mobile - it has loaded on it the new program for our field work .

we are allowed to put apps and music even on it as long as we dont overload it with so much it uses all the memory . Not looking to put anything super personal on it - and it already has quite a few apps

just wondering if anyone knew of any frugal related apps, free of course , that might me worth checking out. the tablet will be used duirng my working hours daily and also taken along when i go on vacation etc so i can keep an eye on email etc so when i am in ca waiting to run carpool and maybe wanted to check on best prices of stuff i could use it to so that - it already has amazon kindle on it .

i have a black berry phone it would be great if i had some sort of calender app that could be used for both or sync from my computer to them for kids schedules -school schedules etc

Someone mentioned a fuel log the other day. I downloaded that and intend to use it when I fill up again. I think if you make an effort to track your fuel mileage, you are more apt to try and conserve fuel.

it has a calander on it - i like it because i can decide to snc things to my companys calander via my email ( case conferences- days off etc- staff meetings ) or keep it private for just me ( kids appts etc ) it will show each day if anything is on teh day and allow me to look at alist of the next 10 or so things going on .

has alarms - has a kindle reader - calculator
i neverreally do a price book just have a set $ in my mind and try to meet or beat it and wouldnt be taking it shopping with me ( too nervous lol )

i pretty much keep track of all my milage for work with the new galaxy or on paper until all my pts are on it - and to be honest i havent had the time to do any extra driving over what i need to do for work and kids schools and activitys which is 97% under a mile or two each way - but something to think about as far as what i go when not working .

i probably wouldnt be using it unless i was at home or at work in the field working - in car on work day or traveling to check in on my work emails etc .

i tell you the touch screen for typing has been driving me a bit batty but i am geting use to it .

we just picked up the Ipad 2 my dd will be using for her 4 years of HS ( part of school curriculum etc all freshman get one - private school etc ) - got it activated and downloaded the apps she is supposed to have - very neat !
