Good thing I looked at this. Had to many wrong answers. Interesting to know the pregnacy tests are just as accurate.

I got 10 out of 13, some of the things I did't agree with, such as the batteries, I have been buying batteries for years there and never had a problem, also medications (aspirin).

I got 11 right, the two I missed were things I don't buy. I disagree with their assertion that food items are not a deal because of expiration dates. That can happen in any store. It's buyer beware.

    I got 10/13 - so 77%

I disagreed with a couple, even one I got correct....

I don't think cleaning supplies are a good deal, it even stated that they may be diluted - so how is that a good deal? I wouldn't pay $1 for something that I can make for cents....

It compared prices to Walmart prices for school supplies, but some of us do NOT shop at Walmart, so it's not a valid comparrison for some.

I don't think the gift wrap is worth $1 either, and I did get that one correct, I just don't think it's a great deal - why not wrap gits in reused/recycled bags instead.

    I missed:

    cleaning supplies
    school supplies
    meds

that was a lot of fun! I saw other quizzes on the site, I'm going to check those out too

I got them all right. And, yeah, a few I didn't agree with, but I figured it was written for "normal" people not us frugal folk.

I got 12 out of 13 (missed the canned goods question).

I found that dollar store pregnancy tests are more sensitive than the expensive kinds, even the "early" ones. In fact, with my youngest DS I got a positive dollar store test 9 days after he was conceived! We're done having kids but I always have a couple of tests kicking around for when I start getting paranoid.

I got them all right but the toys one. See, I buy "toys" for my parrots there. They LOVE to tear up the plastic cheapie toys (and, no, they don't eat the plastic; parrots are SMART LOL). I guess when I'm in the market for toys, it makes sense to go there. They love the party favors, too, and love to shred lots of them, especially those finger traps in woven basket-weave fiber. Interesting quiz, nonetheless.

I missed the one about the cleaning supplies but in fairness, I haven't paid full price on the stuff in years thanks to Walgreens coupons and register rewards. Interesting quiz TFS

Our dollar store sells condoms and I laughed because really is this the time to go cheap??? And what's more I even saw an STD test kit.. DUDE if you think you have an STD the dollar store is not going to help you.
