My egg noodles is est amounts..per egg 1 tsp of water..1/4 tsp salt and I use self-rising flour but if you don't have it 1/4 tsp of baking powder with all purpose flour works too..about a cup to make a stuff dough..Beat egg, water, salt, and bakeing powder if that is what your useing..add flour and mix with a fork until you have a dough ball..put out of floured surface and roll to about 1/8 in thick..let dry for about 1 hr and roll up and cut in 1/8 in strips..shake out and let dry for about 15 min and lay on cookie sheet single layer and freeze...I put in zip lock freezer bags until ready to use..

To cook bring broth and meat to a rolling boil place frozen noodle into broth and cook stiring to keep from sticking..for about 10 min. I usually let them set in broth or about 10 min before I serve..

If you freeze eggs in an ice tray, please spray with non-stick cooking spray or wipe the inside of the tray cubes with a paper towel that has some oil on it. We used to have chickens and this is what we did when we had too many eggs.
