I broke some eggs!
sorry I know this is in the wrong place, but it's kind of an emergency.
My kids brought the groceries in and I guess my eggs landed kind of rough and 8 of them broke. They're still usable, but not for long. What should I do with them?~Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.~

Why don't you dig out any shells from the eggs put them in a jug or container and put in the refrig until needed. That is what we do.

I stole this from the internet: "Mix the yolks and egg whites together, and pour into an ice cube tray. Two cubes are the equivalent of one large egg."
If you want, you could make up as many batches of cookies as it takes to use up the eggs, and freeze the dough in rolls wrapped in plastic wrap. Slice and bake as needed.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Thanks guys. I have them in the fridge in a tupperware... I think I might save them for tomorrow morning and maybe make a quiche or something. We don't eat a lot of eggs. I don't even use it in my baking any more since I discovered Ener-G egg replacer. Those eggs were supposed to last me like 3 weeks.
