There was a little boy who I'd say is about 5 years old, who wet his pants in the parking lot in front of our building as they were walking inside. The parents saw him doing this, and continued walking inside as though nothing happened, letting their kid dribble all the way up the stairwell.
I can see it from the HOA's perspective if they've tried putting up signs, warning people etc. How else do you prove it is someone's dog's mess to give them a fine if that person constantly denies it.personal loan 900/15000

Some areas now have "leash laws" for cats.
I follow that law and keep mine in. My neighbors don't. They don't "talk" like normal people. DH were out in the yard and saw them out one day. I poked him with my elbow and started talking about cat poop in our back yard again. I then mentioned something about calling Uncle Charlie to bring over his traps (there is no Uncle, no traps) but we haven't seen the cat or evidence again.

we have a leash law here also - people really don't understand that it applies to cats also.
