Let's hope "Sam" learned something from this.

Nice to have an opening for someone who really does want/need a job.
Bye "Sam", hope you get a clue.

Hubby fired an employee 3 weeks ago and she is lying to unemployment saying she was wrongfully fired. She can't seem to understand that, not working on the clock is the same as stealing from the company as if she walked out with a product without paying for it..
She was caught on camera 3 days in a row sitting out in her truck during non-break times, plus many many many times caught not working, disappearing, being on the phone, all when she was on the clock..
It was hard for hubby, but it was needed to be done, it was affecting everyone and more than one of his employees complained..Mom of 4

Sorry you had to go through that, but I'd say "sam" fired himself with his own actions.

I worked with a woman like that once upon a time! I was supposed to be training her to take over my job and I could never find her. They fired her and hired someone else, but while she was there, it was amazing that she thought we'd never notice? This was in a college cafeteria. I ran the dishroom. We'd get started through the "rush" and she'd be there for that, but the minute it let up, she'd go to the bathroom (or whatever) and never come back, so I and the rest of the crew would do the end of the run, put away the dishes, do the set up for the next meal, etc. and be sitting down at our break before she'd show up again. She'd get talked to, the next time she'd work through the whole shift, but then she'd disappear before lunch or something. It was a full time job and she was trying to work like it was part time and she could just go away between rushes.... She sure made an impression!
Maybe it was the same woman?
