Default Spouse gone for 10 days!

The wife is leaving on Friday to go to China on business so I have 10 days, which includes 2 weekends, to do whatever I please with no interruptions.

I have a few things planned...

    • Cook fish. She hates the smell so I will take the opportunity to get my fill.

      Replace a bathroom faucet.

Wash windows and screens. It's usually my job anyway because of all the bugs and spiders.

Clean garage - she leaves her car at the airport so it won't be in the way.

Give my truck some TLC. WAYYYY over due.

      Watch a lot of sports!

Yeah, I know, I'm a real party animal.

    So, any suggestions?

What would you do if you had 10 days to yourself?

I like your ideas Russ....a few things to show her that you actually DID something while she was gone (screens, windows, bathroom faucet) but lots of things on the list that you want to do.

I say grab a tent, sleeping bag, fishing rod, case of beer and a case of cookies and hit a quiet camping spot and relax!

    Short trip.. nice idea
    Camping trip .. nice idea

However, I have dogs to take care of and I am not paying a small fortune to board them. So, I'm sort of stuck at home, which I really don't mind.

You could camp in the backyard WITH the dogs and drink some beer.
