There is a former drug house next to our last rental that is finally being forced to clean up. Long story including everything from a forged will leaving all to the resident druggie/distributor son, and a tendency towards hoarding. Finally the courts finished the probate and accepted the original will leaving it to the whole family. Now it is in the process of being cleaned up so they can sell the property.

There were 3 cop cars and a city dumpster along with someone with the paperwork to serve on the family that has been still living there despite everything.

I don't envy you, having seen an instance like it myself.

Again, no one thinks all these posts are "off" somewhat?

Also, can you carry a concealed weapons permit with 2 DUI convictions? Not in my state.Hmmmmm...

Watch for your check via carrier pigeon, the budget is too tight to use direct deposit.
