Tooooo many employers don't get that the better they treat their employees the better the employee will work for them.

Steph that is really nice. My boss is like that too and so is hubbys monster sized company. My sons~ no way!

When people are talking about using the ignore function about another poster, it's basically setting up negative gossip about that poster, and it has nothing to do with the fact that the poster in question may or may not have used someone else's real names in their posts.
