Tooooo many employers don't get that the better they treat their employees the better the employee will work for them.
AND kindness goes a long way in life in general.

I'd be Irate if my bosses were posting things I said to them in confidence on a message board. Even if only a first name was used.

But yeah to quote Ron Burgundy, "brick killed a guy.".

Under which of FV's rules would that be justified?
If you could kick in the pants the person responsible for your problems, you wouldn't be able to sit for a month.

Did you know that a 4 year student paying $20,000/year who finances their education graduates with over $103,000 in debt to start? But a student who works and pays cash and takes 6 years to graduate ends with $6,300 in their pocket! So much for "getting a head start by financing!"

For threads/posters like this, I find the "ignore" feature comes in rather handy.

Greebo I can understand what the two mean, they don't want Stephanie to say their names and get into trouble for it. For all we know that might not be their names.

When people are talking about using the ignore function about another poster, it's basically setting up negative gossip about that poster, and it has nothing to do with the fact that the poster in question may or may not have used someone else's real names in their posts.
