My father and I were nice to one of our employees,Jon today.Jon wants to be with his father,spend the last days with him.His father is near death battling with cancer and we understood this.My father and I said yes to this knowing he was very close with his father.Taking tommorrow and Saturday off.My father and I treat our employees like family and they know this.Another employee of ours,Brian is taking the day off tommorrow,his wife is pregnant ready to pop with their third child which is going to be a girl and wants to be there when she gives birth.He has two sons that know my father and I very well.We said yes to this knowing this was important to him.He kindly said thank you and says we are great bosses.

Stephanie there are not to many employers like you and your dad.
There needs to be more lie you two.

Greebo I can understand what the two mean, they don't want Stephanie to say their names and get into trouble for it. For all we know that might not be their names.

When people are talking about using the ignore function about another poster, it's basically setting up negative gossip about that poster, and it has nothing to do with the fact that the poster in question may or may not have used someone else's real names in their posts.
