Default P.S.A. Be safe! - portable generators

Storms, earthquakes, floods, car wrecks can all knock out power to your homes. If you have a portable generator please be safe using it.

Please be aware of all the safety hazards associated with using a portable generator.

OSHA provides a safety sheet at their web site found here > http://www.osha.gov/OshDoc/data_Hurr...tor_safety.pdf

And please, for love of Pete, use some common sense.. Like don't fill the gas tank when the HOT exhaust is right there!

You CAN NOT be too safe, there is no such thing.

Thanks for the info Russ...........I bookmarked it and will go back and read it later.

I agree about the safety thing............"take care" to those that
    are using them!!
