What Was the Oneriest/Funniest Joke......

that you played on your parents...& got away with it?

When I was about 13, my mom had this styrofoam wig head & I had been playing around w/it...filling in the facial shapes w/markers -dang, I did such a good job that the face looked real...not to mention down-right creepy.
So, I decided to take this idea a little further & made a body for it with a pair of jeans & a shirt from the dirty clothes basket, stuffing it w/other dirty clothes...... I set the head on the body...OMGosh..it looked like a real person...but it wasn't complete.....
I then put a long blond wig of my mom's on it's head...then for a creative touch, I swiped my dad's cowboy hat.

My mom was so impressed with our new friend, that we began to hatch the oneriest,meanest,funniest plot against my dad......

you see, my father had this habit with his nighttime routine....which included him coming out to the kitchen for a beer later.
Well...while he was preoccupied, I snuck out to the kitchen & removed all of the food & shelves from the refridgerator & hid it in the pantry. I then set my new "friend" in a sitting position in the bottom of the fridge...with the head tilted upward as if she were looking at whoever would open the door....for the finishing touch - I placed a can of my dad's beer in its hands....

a little while later, my dad walks into the kitchen - my mom & I are peeking around the corner to see what would happen next. Then he finally opened the fridge for his beer...this 6ft 6" man screamed like a little girl, slammed that refridgerator door shut & was trying to fight the dummy in the refridgerator at the same time.
My mom & I were laughing so hard that we actually could not stand up.
I got one over on dad & I didn't even get into trouble...to this day, he still laughs about it

I did the "dummy" thing too. I had a friend sleepover and we set up a whole group in the living room. Mom had this skinny lamp that we dressed and put a ball on top for a head. There were 2 or 3 more sitting on the sofa. We then moved the nightlight to make the silhouette just right. You could hear mom talking to them when she got up "hello, hello, who are you?" Then you could hear her hit the light switch real fast to get the lights on. She nearly killed us.
