    Default House Insurance

I have had house insurance with this same company for 22 years they just cancelled me because my husband left me and I now have a low credit rating.I think this is discrimination is all it is.I always paid the bills on time,I reported them to the Missouri Insurance Commision.I have been trying to get insurance with other compaines they are all turning me down. Here is the one that cancelled me Farmer's Mutual Fire INS Company
    (660) 263-5621

615 S Morley St, Moberly, MO
I called and told them I am going to post what they did to me everywhere.

I've always heard Farmer's, State Farm and Allstate being called the "unholy trinity".

I'm sorry this is happening to you.

I would suggest calling an insurance underwriter and see if they can find you some insurance.

Sorry this happened and completely understand your frustration. Unfortunately, it is not completely unheard of, uncommon and is legal. DH works for a major insurance company and it is pretty much a standard practice among the industry to issue, deny or cancel policies based on creditworthiness.

He said you should go to an independent agent who can shop you different companies. It is going to cost you more, but at least you will be covered.

Gentry County Missouri DSS took my grandkids last October for no real reason other than my son-in-law told them goodby we don't need you here. The old bitch that has worked in this county for way too long and never did her job right told him ,now I'm going to make sure you lose all your kids because i don't like you. They have put nothing but lies in their reports on all of us and they have got away with it all. They say my daughter is a drug user my so-in-law cooks meth none of which is true. That they both abused the kids locked them in closets for two weeks at a time with no food and no bathroom to use. They all lived with me if any of my grandkids had been abused I would have known it and done something about it.They haven't let any of us see the kids at all .They even say we are all crazy.THey told my daughter and son-in-iaw they had get mental evals done so they did.The psycologist that did it reported there is nothing wrong with them except strees from DSS kidnapping the kids.THat made this DSS worker mad so she had a quack come here to give them another eval.He put in his report exactly what the old bitch told him to.That my daughter & son=in-law are both crazy and abused the kids.My 6 yr.old grandaughter told her caretaker if I can't see my mommy I want to die, they sent her to mental hospital in Kansas City and drugged her all up.I wrote the director of DSS in Jefferson City ,MO he called talked to me but did nothing just told me you support you daughter and son-in-law because they need you.None of us sleep anymore we have bad dreams about the kids.I wake up all the time wanting to go kill that DSS worker with my bare hands.See why I've had it with this no good life?

I don't have anymore money to pay for insurance so if my house blows away or burns I will have nothing.

Forgot this all started in Dec 07 we had a bad ice storm all of NW MO.My daughter ex was taking her to court trying to take my grandson away from her.He called the DSS hotline told them she was on drugs and other lies.So the DSS worker and Sheriff showed up to search her house found nothing.THe DSS worker said you have no electricity so take the kids to your moms as she has it.Only reason I did is lines in my town are underground and the city has a big diesel generator for this kind of thing. So kids all over MW.Mo should have been removed from their homes by DSS.She told my daughter go to the Worth County Sheriff office and take a urine drug test.So she did it was clean the pervert sheriff then said I have to take pictures of you to make sure your not shooting up.He took naked pictures of her for his own personal use told her if you want your kids you have to do this.My son-in-law when she told him knew this was not right so my daughter reported the sheriff. He just a couple of weeks ago pled guilty in federal court.FBI — Former Worth County Sheriff Pleads Guilty to Violating the Civil Rights of Eight Women in Missouri My daughter found a lawyer to sue but any money she gets it may be too late fro my grandkids. They have ruined my four grandkids lives and they are proud of what they have done to us.This pervert sheriff is what has led to them taking my grandkids because after this they harrassed us all the time.Showed up at her house all the time so they all moved in with me after her house mysteriously burnt the FBI thinks the sheriff did it.They then started showing up here all the time saying had a hotline call which was i'm sure done by the sheriff and his friends.

My daughter just the other night said all I've wanted since I was little was to grow up and become a mommy because I was an only child and I hated it.She was so good to her kids and loves them all.She told her husband if we don't get the kids back soon I will have nothing to worry about because this DSS worker has really caused me to go crazy now and I'm going to kill myself. They go to court again on the kids Sept 29th. She said if they don't give my kids back then i will blow my head off don't think I won't.

Sorry but this crap with the house insurance was the last straw.I don't know how much more I can take. Not to even mention the guy I love is in jail.A person of interest in a murder that I know for a fact he had nothing to do with.I know who did do it tho but can't prove it.

If you have a mortgage on your house then your escrow should pay for new insurance and you can reimburse escrow in part from the refund your old insurance should give you on the returned premium following your cancellation.
If you could kick in the pants the person responsible for your problems, you wouldn't be able to sit for a month.

Did you know that a 4 year student paying $20,000/year who finances their education graduates with over $103,000 in debt to start? But a student who works and pays cash and takes 6 years to graduate ends with $6,300 in their pocket! So much for "getting a head start by financing!"

If this is truly the case and if you have equity in your house then I'd consider selling your house, renting, and getting renters insurance which is much much cheaper, covers your possessions and the property you rent would be your landlord's problem not yours.

I would have to live in a low income apartment because all I get to live on is $138 a week.My house was paid off 5 years after I bought it I paid double, triple and more on it every month. Why should I have to sell the house I love because this world is full of no good companies who treat people like crap anymore.

Because you said yourself, you can't afford it. I'm not trying to sound mean, although no matter how I put it, it just sounds callous. You said yourself that you can't afford to insure your house, so if that's the case, then you need to sell it.
I'm sorry that you are going through all that you are and I hope you find that you find resolution to your situation.
