    Stephanie, you didn't ask for "in my opinion" but I'm giving it anyway... here's my suggestion...
    I don't know if you have other siblings..but-since you are in business with dad...make darn sure your dad & you have wills drawn up. I'm sure you have a business arrangement done with a lawyer, right?
    Been there, done that. It's remarkable what siblings can & will do.... cover your butt.
