    Default I'm Saving $84.75 by...

phoning a scrapmetal company to remove my dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. They're taking it out of my house this evening FOR FREE!

The store we purchased the new appliances from were going to charge us $20 plus taxes for each appliance they removed to our curb OR $25 plus taxes for each appliance they took completely away.

The friend/gas tech that was over disconnecting the appliances (including gas dryer) told me that if you call a scrapmetal company, they'll often take it away for free or possibly pay you. I checked out kijiji and found a company that will take it away for free. Fine by me since the new appliances are being delivered tomorrow between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Take it away!

Woohoo! I'm saving $84.75 (since we were going to have the appliance company take all three appliances completely away)! I'm SO happy right now!
