Default I Love the Food Clearances at Target

I have never really shopped at Target....maybe once a year. Now I love going into their store when they have their food clearance items.I became interested when the Target here finally got a grocerery store in it & I wanted to see if any of their prices were lower than HEB - especially since I had received Target coupons for some free food items. Anyway, I was pleasantly surprised when I saw they had 2 endcaps full of discounted grocery items.I also learned that they put the items out on the 7th & 24th of every month. I walked away w/quite alot including 4 huge bags of white chocolate chips for 2.44 each ( for Christmas pretzles this year). So now Target is added to my shopping routine twice a month

I, too, have been enjoying the new grocery section at Target. We've only had it in our area for about 2 months. It's not really a complete grocery, with too-large (IMO) prepared food sections and too-small whole foods/ingredients sections, but on the items they carry that I buy, the prices are good.

More choice is good for the consumer.

Thanks for the tip on the days they display discounted foods, I'll drop by Target soon. Maybe I'll wait until the 24th .

Oh really? Hmm!!! I tried to avoid Target because I lovvvve their stuff, its dangerous for my pocketbook. There is something about that store that I lose all control when I'm in it.

We have a Target close by, I'll have to check them out on the food clearance days. Thanks!
