    I think I may try drizzling lemon juice on the chickpeas once they are done cooking. Have been using to much salt when I make them, they taste great but I know there is to much salt.

    Am thinking of trying this with lima beans.

    This sounds like a great idea! Olive oil and some garlic salt would probably be delicious!
