    Smile I think the local grocery store is having an awesome sale

    They are calling it an inflation buster sale.

    I call it wonderful

    Might take some extra out of savings to stock up

    5 pounds white flour 99 cents
    4 pounds sugar $1.79
    Can veggies 50 cents
    pound frozen veggies 79 cents
    cake mixes 59 cents
    48 oz oil 2.89
    Can of cream of coups 69 cents

    ground chuck 1.99 a pound
    boneless beef chuck tenders or beef bottom round $2.69
    sirloin end pork roast 1.69
    boneless skinless chicken breast 1.59 a pound

    As much as you can of everything, toss in freezer, cupboards, stock up if you can!

    Defiantely time to stock up!!!! I would even go back to the store in the same week if I really could use the specials.

    They did not list limits and they are normally very good at have a good supply of sale items. They also have three location in town

    I'm sooo jealous! You will probably not see that price again for the hamburger..You have the BEST prices on those item's that I have seen in a long time..Super jealous that there is no restiction's @ your store either..If it were me I would buy (if you have room in freezer) 50lbs or more of the hamburger and make freezer meals and Foodsaver the rest..I would buy 50lbs or more of the Flour..I serve veggies @ everymeal unless it's spaghetti and even then I tend to serve it with corn..I would stock 100 can's or more if you have enough in the budget and room to store it..I know I tend to go for large BULK purchases because I have a family of 6 however I tried to look at long term food's @ a good price that will last me a few years that won't go bad on me..Have fun and please post what you ended up buying..LOL...inquiring minds want to know!

    Wow, I haven't seen prices THAT low since 1982. Have fun shopping! We're ALL envious.
