Dh and and I are 99% we are going to sell our home and the land in 3 years when our last child graduates. I love our home but a huge old farm house that is over 150 years old on the 10 acres is to much upkeep with too much stuff outdoors to take care of. Besides the big reason we moved here was the small school, room for the kids to run etc. Once they are grown no point in the 30 mile commutes either.

Dh and I have been looking into smaller and energy efficient for when we do eventually sell. I think these Mi-pads are just so neat! Dh said he doesnt mind making the couple hour drive to go look at some that are open to check out. I can't wait to go in 3 weeks when we have our first free weekend!!!!!
