    Default Msn frugal celebraties

I was reading an article on frugality and the rich and famous. For instance Warren Buffet lives in the same he always bought in1958. This is very modest home. Terri Hatcher drives her cars for 10 years before replacing them. One young lady shops at Target. Ok maybe it is frugal.
But several celebs are bad tippers is that frugal. I think it is plain cheap. I usually tip 15% but if the service is bad I will leave them 1 penny and they know why. What do you think it is frugal or cheap?

Stingy and cheap, not in keeping with my personal definition of frugal.

agree, they work hard and deserve a good tip if service is good. Bad tipping is cheap, not frugal.
