just the other day a small wild cat came up to me and she looked so pitiful and hungry i brought her in -i already have 6 cats but she is so lovable i couldn't shew her away - and before someone says she might have a home somewhere else i know she was born under my porch and i was she that came to me-you don't pick a cat they pick you-i think jen sent her to me she want to be with me all the time and the other cats are getting used to her now-i called her scrappy as she had to be one to live outside -now i have to get her to the vet for a checkup and shots---hugs to fv--ps i'm really getting better head wise

I think it is kinda sweet that you have a soft heart of cats and will take them in, give them a good home, and take them to the vets.

    Awww...

I totally agree on the kitties picking you instead of you picking them.

Marla I am not much of a cat person but when an animal is hungry I cannot stand to see it suffer, you did the right thing Marla.

I am a total cat lover fanatic. And i believe they pick us also. My oldest is Crash, he was born a feral cat and from the time he could start walking and the 1st time i saw him he locked eyes with me like he was thinking, "oh, there is she i need to get to her." he was born on the roof of an apt bldg i used to live in and one time he fell all the way to the ground. After that i kept him. He is our goofy newfy. I am happy that you also get so much love from cats. how can you not? they are the best animals on earth!
I ran my life into a ditch big time and i am tired of struggling, i need a change and i need it now. Trying to change past behaviors so they are not the indicator of future behavior. That is why i am here...

Congrats on the new addition! I can't say no either.

Do you have any pics of Scrappy? I'd love to see her.

I'm also glad to hear that you are feeling better.

We had some stuff in our car port last year and a stray cat had like 5 kittens, all females. Well, we brought the kittens in the house when they were ready and found all but one a home (son wanted one). We already had/have a cat and she wasn't happy. For about 3 months she wouldn't have anything to do with my hubby or my son. Hubby is her favorite, but he let them in the house, so she was mad at him. Her and the one son kept still aren't friends.

As with the other females in our house, Aries (hubbys cat) has a bad attitude
