unfortunately I don't get any table time with my son. I try to make our car conversations have a little more substance than just "how was your day....good".
I usually start asking detailed questions or this is a great opportunity to have serious talks like "what would you do if......?" or if I know something is coming up that ds is uncomfortable with I try to break the ice in the car. Its quiet and he can't go anywhere!Judy
