All Clear!
Had my colonoscopy today, and all is well. I have a healthy colon, no polyps, and don't have to repeat for 10 years!!!
And the purge day yesterday was much more humane than it has been in the past.
So overall, glad it is over, but glad that I had it.Spiritual:

Financial:
Debt free, hoping to stay that way!

2. Get some balance in my life.
3. Lose weight. Hopefully 5# this year. (9.5 pounds right now! Yay, Me!!)
