Smile Gotta love a store that wants to keep it's customers

Our locaIckesic store gave Little Miss a "we are sorry present"

The music store was very busy and threre computer was down and we needed to get Little Miss's volin post and bridge reset. It takes a long time to get it done, maybe set aside and forgotten?

When we pick it up today even though we did not complain about how long it took they give her some free rosin and an apology and make sure there are no hard feelings

I thought that was thoughtful so did Little Miss

I think that in this day and age, especially considering the incompetance I encounter daily, that they should be commended for an attempt at great customer service!

A "Stradivarius" (sp) would have been "way cooler"..........

I just love hearing about a business being thoughtful and kind. How refreshing is that?
I ran my life into a ditch big time and i am tired of struggling, i need a change and i need it now. Trying to change past behaviors so they are not the indicator of future behavior. That is why i am here...

The really remarkable thing is they probably have no local competition! Way cool.

You know I had not thought about that. They do have the market cornered here don't they? So that makes it extra nice that they want to keep even their young customer happy and apologized and with a gift.
